Digital Marketing

Turn your email list into your highest-ROI channel.

Email is still one of the highest-ROI channels available — when it's done right. We handle strategy, design, automation flows and deliverability, so every email lands in the inbox, not spam, and moves people closer to a purchase.

Why it matters

Email still has the best return in marketing — when it's done with care.

Most lists underperform because the emails look generic, miss the inbox, or fire at the wrong moment. We fix all three: sharp design, clean deliverability, and automation that reaches people when they're ready to act.

What we deliver
  • Template design and responsive build that looks right on every device
  • Deliverability setup — SPF, DKIM and DMARC so you reach the inbox, not spam
  • Lifecycle automation — welcome, abandoned cart, win-back and re-engagement flows
  • List segmentation and A/B testing to keep improving open and click rates
  • Reporting tied to revenue, not just opens
  • Authentication setup — SPF, DKIM and DMARC aligned
  • Automated lifecycle flows: welcome, cart, post-purchase, win-back
  • List hygiene and deliverability monitoring

How we run it

Deliverability is engineering before it is copywriting.

When open rates fall, the instinct is to rewrite subject lines. That is the last thing worth changing. Inbox placement is largely decided before a mailbox provider looks at your copy at all — by authentication, by your sending history, and by how the last few campaigns were received.

The order we work in

  • Authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC published and aligned, with a dedicated sending subdomain so marketing volume never damages the domain your invoices go out from.
  • List hygiene: unengaged contacts suppressed, role addresses removed, and no re-importing of old lists to inflate a send.
  • Sending pattern: consistent cadence, warmed properly, most-engaged segments first so early positive signal helps the rest of the send.
  • Only then content — readable text-to-image ratio, links on your own domain, and a plain-text alternative that is genuinely readable.

Flows earn more than campaigns

The weekly campaign takes most of the team's attention; the automated flows quietly earn a disproportionate share of email revenue, because every message is triggered by something the recipient just did. Welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back are built once and reviewed quarterly.

Timing beats copy

An abandoned cart email at one hour outperforms the identical email at twenty-four. Most abandoned carts are about delivery cost, delivery time or uncertainty over returns — so the sequence addresses those explicitly rather than restating the product, and any incentive appears in the last message rather than the first, so customers do not learn to abandon deliberately.

Deployment

How an email engagement runs.

Week 1 — Audit

Authentication, list health and current placement assessed, with the findings written down plainly.

Week 2 — Fix the plumbing

Records published, subdomain configured, suppression rules applied before any campaign goes out.

Weeks 3–5 — Build flows

The six core lifecycle flows built, with exit conditions and global frequency rules so nobody gets four emails in a day.

Ongoing — Campaign & review

Campaign calendar run alongside, with revenue per recipient reviewed quarterly to decide where the next hour goes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

It comes down to authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), sender reputation and list hygiene. We set all of these up and monitor them so your deliverability stays high.

Yes — copy, design and build are all handled in-house, so your emails sound like your brand and convert.

Often that is correct placement for offers, and it is where buyers look. It only becomes a problem when transactional or expected mail lands there, which usually points at authentication or reputation rather than copy.

Typically two to six weeks of clean, consistent sending to an engaged segment. There is no way to accelerate it other than sending less mail to people more likely to open it.

Below roughly 100,000 emails a month, a reputable shared pool is usually better — you cannot generate the volume needed to build a dedicated IP's reputation.

Most of the major ones. We would rather work in the platform your team already knows than move you for the sake of it, unless the platform is genuinely the constraint.
