Two new clients. Two industries. Two sites that sell.
Fresh builds for two very different businesses — a premium India travel operator and a hygiene-products manufacturer — each given a site engineered to turn visitors into enquiries.
India Karni
Popular India Vacations — a Jaipur-based, Ministry-of-Tourism-recognised tour operator running since 2005 — sells tailor-made journeys across India. They needed a website as premium as the trips themselves. We designed and built a rich, image-led travel site that turns first-time visitors into qualified trip enquiries, with signature itineraries, region-by-region destination guides and the trust signals high-value travellers look for.
- Signature itineraries & regional destination guides
- Built-in enquiry capture and online payment
- 4.8★ Google, 4.9★ TripAdvisor & IATO trust badges
- Car rental, wedding and festival-tour sections
- Fast, mobile-first, SEO-ready foundation
Z+ Clean & Care
Z+ Clean & Care Products, manufactured by Sapphire Clean & Care in Gaya since 2010, makes phenyls, toilet cleaners and bleaching powder. They wanted to look as trustworthy online as their products are on the shop floor. We built a clean, conversion-focused manufacturing site — a clear product catalogue paired with a wholesale-enquiry funnel aimed at distributors and bulk buyers alongside everyday retail.
- Full product catalogue — phenyls, toilet cleaner, bleaching powder
- Wholesale & distributor enquiry funnel
- Lab-tested / 99.9% germ-kill & certification messaging
- ‘Make in India’ brand story and network reach
- Fast, mobile-first, commerce-ready build

Visit siteFast is a decision made during the build, not after it.
Performance work retrofitted onto a finished site is expensive and only partly effective. Deciding the performance budget before the first component is written costs nothing and holds. That is the difference between a site that passes Core Web Vitals on real user data and one that passes only in a lab test on a good connection.
Find the constraint before choosing the fix
Most advice on Largest Contentful Paint assumes the largest element is the hero image. On a lot of business sites it is the headline — in which case image compression changes nothing and the answer is font loading and render-blocking resources. We measure which element is actually being scored before recommending anything.
The order that saves time
- Server response time first, because it is a floor under everything else.
- Render-blocking CSS and JavaScript ahead of the first screen.
- The LCP element itself — preloaded fonts if it is text, correct priority and no lazy-loading if it is an image.
- Everything else, once the first three are settled and each change is measurable.
Built to be found and to be run
Semantic markup, content served in the HTML rather than assembled by script, accurate structured data, and internal linking planned rather than accidental — all of which matter more now that AI assistants read pages as well as crawlers. And a CMS your team can operate: a site that needs a developer to change a phone number is a site that goes stale.
How a website project runs.
Weeks 1–2 — Discovery
Audience, journeys, content inventory and the performance and accessibility budget agreed in writing.
Weeks 3–5 — Design
Templates rather than pages, so the system covers what you will need next year as well.
Weeks 6–10 — Build
Development against the budget, with performance and accessibility checked continuously rather than at the end.
Launch & after
Redirect mapping, analytics verification, and a handover your team can actually use. Hosting and support if you want it.
Frequently asked questions.
A focused marketing site can take a few weeks; a complex web app, a few months. We give you a clear timeline after discovery.
Yes — clean code, fast load times and proper structure are built in, so your site is ready to rank from launch.
Most business sites run eight to twelve weeks end to end. The variable is almost never development speed — it is how quickly content and approvals arrive.
Both, chosen on what you need to maintain. WordPress where editors need familiarity and plugins genuinely help; custom or static where speed and control matter more.
That is the target and it is budgeted from the start. Field data lags by weeks, so we verify against real user data after launch rather than declaring victory on a lab score.
Yes, with a redirect map built before launch, URL structure preserved where it earns, and indexation monitored afterwards. Most redesign traffic losses are avoidable and come from skipping exactly that.
